Registration Guideline

All participants are required to register through the online registration system.

Registration is open until April 30, 2026.

Registration is first come, first served.

The registration fee covers:

  • Attendance
  • Three nights at resort
  • Bus transportation to and from the resort
  • All meals

Registration will not cover incidental expenses.

We have made arrangements for the meeting to take place at the Gochang Wellpark Hotel in Jeollabuk-do, Republic of Korea, where we have reserved hotel rooms, each equipped with either a queen-size bed or twin (single) beds.

If accommodation is needed in Gochang, Republic of Korea, before or after ICC 2026, please refer to the Gochang Wellpark Hotel Information page to book accommodation for yourself.

  • Regular Participant(Full Program) - $1,000
  • Senior Participant (Age 65 and over)(Full Program) - $500
  • Student- $500

* The registration fee will include hotel accommodation with meals (3 nights), airport-to-venue bus transportation, and the Gochang tour on Friday.
* Please submit a copy of your valid student ID or a certificate of enrollment for student registration verification.

Domestic Participants

  • Regular Participant(Full Program) - 1,000,000 KRW
  • Senior Participant (Age 65 and over)(Full Program) - 500,000 KRW
  • Student(Full Program) - 500,000 KRW
  • One-Day pass for Regular - 200,000 KRW, Student/Researcher - 100,000 KRW

  • Access: Full access to sessions and exhibits for one day only.
  • Lodging: Hotel accommodation is NOT provided.
  • Note: Attendees must arrange their own travel and stay.
